How do I add an item to the Outbox?
Select the 
icon next to the item you wish you add, and the item will added to the Outbox.
How do I remove an item from the Outbox?
Once an item is in your outbox, you can remove it by clicking the 
icon
How do I add a bundle to the Outbox?
Select the icon next to the bundle you will like to add and all the item within the bundle will be added to the Outbox.
How do I create my own bundle?
Add all items you'd like included in the bundle to your Outbox and click ‘Save Outbox as Bundle.’ You'll be promoted to provide a name for your bundle and add an optional description. The bundle you've created will appear in the library of items. You must register to use this function of AsthmaKidCare™ Pro.
How do I edit my profile?
To update your profile information, including your name, e-mail address, password, practice name, and address, please click here.
How do I send items to my patients?
To e-mail items to your patients, add all items you'd wish to send to your Outbox and click ‘Send E-mail.’ You will be prompted to provide your name, patient's name, and recipient's e-mail address (your e-mail address will never be shared with your patients). You must register to use this function of AsthmaKidCare™ Pro.
How do I preview an item?
To view an item, click on an item name. A preview of the PDF will pop-up, along with options to download the item or add the item to your Outbox.
How do I download an item?
You can download an item in two ways. 1) Download an item from your Outbox by selecting the 
icon. 2) Click an item name to preview it. Within the preview screen, click the download icon.
